I recently tried to set up my framemeister to my streaming device after moving to a new house. Previously I had it connected to HD 60 S about 3 years ago and it worked great. Connected the XRGB to a switcher to my HD60 S to my 2k monitor and everything worked. Fast forward couple of years, 2 moves, and a kid.
After getting my office and desk is a more presentable state I hooked up my stuff and wanted to do some testing. Same set up but bought a HD 60 X. The XRGB has having issues. PS2 on both component and composite was either a green or red acid trip. SNES and Genesis via SCART didn't show. Swap the HD60 X for my S to see if that made a difference. It didn't.
I bought a small 22in TV Monitor with all the major connections and 480i was readable for $15 from a Electronic recycler. Straight connections to the TV worked. PS2 (yellow & RGB Comp), N64 (yellow). Add XRBG and got Genesis on there. Tried again on my 2k monitor with HD60 X, PS2 showed proper colors but the assets flicked about. I got a stable image on my Genesis for a bit. I've connected the XRBG directly to the HD 60 X and didn't make much of a difference. Swap HDMI cables. Updated XRBG to 2.04 and messed with profiles. Presently, Im looking at my OBS and the signal is cutting out at intervals of a couple of seconds to a couple of minutes. XRGB "bluescreen" > Elgato "no signal" > repeat. My switch and PS5 have a stable connection.
Is there anything else I should try? Something on the Elgato side that needs tinkering? Is my framemeister damaged from moves? Anyone have an insight?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
